Absolutely, Path Technology provides complimentary technology analysis to help your business stay current. From addiing features like texting, softphones and remote desktops to make sure that you are paying a competitive price for those features Path technology has you covered.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY SERVICES MOVED TO A PATH TECHNOLOGY SOLUTION?

Time frames vary based on the services that are provided,  Softphones (mobile app or web phones) can be up in as little as 24 hours (yes we have done it). Porting of numbers usually takes 1-2 weeks. Setting up remote desktops is usually a 30-60 day process.  The Internet can take 2 weeks to 6 weeks depending on your location and internet needs. Please let us know if you have a hard deadline so we can try and meet your needs.

DOES PATH TECHNOLOGY OFFER CUSTOM SERVICES FOR NICHE COMPANIES?

Yes, we do. Path technology is unique in that we have in house engineers that can provide custom CRM integration, call recording archive and AI auto attendants for your business. We can work with almost any open API to create a solution to meet your needs.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH PATH TECHNOLOGY?

There are many benefits to working with Path Technology, we are funny, smart and provide honest feedback like your server room looks more like a spaghetti factory. But in all seriousness: 

  • We consult, recommend a specific carrier that meets your needs, implement services with that carrier/or carriers and manage your services while you are our client.

  • There is no fee to you, we are compensated directly through the carriers.

  • We access the same rates that the direct sales channel accesses, and often can provide a competitive edge since we can access multiple carriers.

  • We are unbias and able to educate you about each carrier and what services will provide the greatest benefit to your business.
